Shipping and pickup
We currently ship within the U.S. Most orders leave our studio within 2-3 business days and travel by tracked shipping. Flat-rate shipping is available at checkout, and porch pickup is available for local orders. You will receive tracking as soon as your package has shipped.
Returns and damaged orders
Because these are personal-care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. If something arrives damaged or your order is incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will help make it right.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Choose porch pickup at checkout if you are local. We will email you when your order is ready so you know when to come by.
